Shipping is free within Singapore and Australia.

For other countries and territories, shipping will be calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Please note that AKUOS only offers local warranty for Aurello in Singapore and Australia. Any warranty claims outwith these countries will require the customer to bear the cost of shipping to our repair centres in either Singapore or Australia.

For orders within Singapore and Australia, you will receive your order 1-3 days after it has been dispatched. An estimated dispatch time will be given to you at the checkout and within your order confirmation email.

If shipping to Singapore and Australia, GST and VAT will not be charged. If shipping outside these countries, you will need to check with your local customs for any import fees. AKUOS does not take any responsiblity for covering or reimbursing incurrance of import duty/tax when shipping outside Singapore or Australia.

On your order confirmation email, you will find a link to track the progress of your order.

Check the status of your order via the link in your order confirmation email. If the Sizing Kit or Aurello has already shipped, you will be able to track the progress of the shipment using the tracking number provided.

The limited warranty covers manufacturing and design defects that occur under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, or water damage, or anything other than manufacturing and/or design defects.
